CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY
That Free Thing has no long term commitment or time frame in which a Member or Customer must remain active by paying their monthly membership. All Members and Customers may cancel their membership at any time for any reason. To cancel a Member or Customer must log into their Member's Area and request to cancel by using the cancellation link.
Upon cancellation a Member or Customer will continue to have access to their account up until the next billing date. No commissions can be earned by members who are inactive or have set their membership to be cancelled on a future date.
That Free Thing maintains a 30 day 100% refund policy. You must cancel your membership within 30 days of upgrading to be eligible for this refund. After you have been a member for 30 days, no refunds either partial or full will be given.
All refund requests must be in writing sent via email or regular mail.

You MUST include your TFT username or TFT ID number with your email or regular mail correspondence. With regard to resigning Members in the United States located in the following states; GA, LA, MA, MD, MT, OK, PR, TX, and WY, to the extent the "buy-back" laws of those jurisdictions apply to unused portions of administration fees and Membership fees, all terms of those buy-back laws will be honored by That Free Thing.
ATTENTION AlertPay Refund Policy:
For all Members and Customers who signed up using AlertPay as the form of payment, you will only have 14 days to request a full refund and have your AlertPay account be credited back in full. After 14 days you will be charged a minimum $2.00 fee to process your refund.
This is an AlertPay policy as they do not allow refunds after 14 days so in order to issue you a refund That Free Thing must initiate a new payment to your AlertPay account and all fees associated with this transaction will be charged to the Member or Customer requesting the refund.
